Body Weight Heaven – WOD

Ready to kick start your Monday!? This WOD is designed to supercharge your week with a full body workout. We tried it and so should you!

  1. Jump Rope – you know what to do! Set a timer and go.
  2. Power Skips – find a park or open space, determine your distance and skip as high as you can – keep those knees high!
  3. Punches – punch lively!
  4. Squats – go deep in to the squat and hold (feel that burn).
  5. Burbees – you know what to do!
  6. Handstands – use a wall or try to hold the handstand without a wall.
